Hello! I am Kasey Enckler.  Having been involved in real estate and marketing since 2007, I am now a REALTOR with Century21 Four Seasons and a proud member of the Great Smoky Mountain Association of Realtors.  I moved to Sevierville, TN from the town of Warner Robins, GA about 5 years ago.  The first time I visited the Great Smoky Mountain National Park I was hooked! The combination of the park’s majestic beauty, remarkable surrounding communities and down-to-earth residences was very intoxicating- I knew this was the place I wanted to call home. 

I started my real estate career at a well known residential firm, learned the ropes and eventually gravitated to a prominent commercial real estate.  There I learned how to do different types of analyses which play a vital role in selecting a good investment property or business.  I enjoyed commercial real estate but I missed the personal satisfaction and fulfillment of selling houses.  There is just something about seeing a client’s face light up when we have found “the one” - especially when they are first time home buyers. 

 After almost 2 years in the commercial real estate industry I decided to move to Century 21 Four Seasonswhere I could sell both residential and commercial real estate.   I chose Century 21 Four Seasons because of their strong community presence, highly trained staff and successful track record.  Servicing the area since 1982, they have set the standard by being the top residential sales firm in Sevier County from 2005-2009 and they have one of the best national networks and the best available resources for buyers and sellers. 

I’ve serviced a wide variety of clients from experienced investors to first time home buyers and I feel that my diverse background makes me a well rounded agent that can service all of your real estate needs.  I’ve always abided by the philosophy of “the customer first” and I do whatever it takes to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  I consider myself somewhat of a perfectionist and I am determined to find the right property that fits my clients’ needs and then negotiate the best possible deal for them.  I am not however into high pressure sales and you will not receive any unwanted junk emails or phone solicitation from me.  Although I do encourage you to sign up with my property searchprogram to make your property search just a bit more easy.
